## How it updates

Your SEO, Technical, and Traffic data refresh automatically every 6 hours. You don't need to trigger anything manually.

  The **Links** and **GEO** tabs are available on Paid only. **SEO**, **Technical**, and **Traffic** (once you connect Google Analytics or Search Console) are available on Free and Paid.
