# AI CMO Terminal

> Your agent's live activity feed, running daily.

The AI CMO Terminal is a real-time log of everything your agent is doing. When your agent first sets up, you'll watch it work: reading your site, building your documents, running your audits. After that, it logs what it finds and queues every day.

***

## What you will see

The terminal shows a stream of timestamped activity entries. Each one describes something your agent did:

* Found a Reddit thread relevant to your product
* Drafted a new article on a target keyword
* Queued a tweet for your review
* Refreshed your SEO data
* Identified a new backlink opportunity

You don't need to read every line. It's there if you want to see what's been happening. The [Agents Feed](/dashboard/agents-feed) is where you take action on the results.

## Project switcher

If you have multiple projects on the Paid plan, the terminal header shows a project switcher. Click it to jump between agents without leaving the dashboard.

<Note>
  Each project is an independent agent with its own documents, feed, and analytics. Switching projects loads that project's terminal and feed.

## During initial setup

When you first add a URL, the AI CMO Terminal is the first thing that comes alive. It walks through your setup in sequence: scraping your site, building your strategy documents, running your SEO audit, and seeding your channels.

This usually takes 2 to 5 minutes. Once it's done, your [Agents Feed](/dashboard/agents-feed) will be populated and your agent will be live.
