# Team Sharing

> Invite teammates to view and work from your CMO dashboard.

Invite teammates to access your AI CMO dashboard. They can view your Agents Feed, read your analytics, and work from your content queue without needing their own Okara account or access to your login.

## What teammates can do

Invited teammates get full read access to your dashboard:

* View and act on cards in the Agents Feed
* Read your analytics (SEO, backlinks, AI GEO, traffic)
* Use the Talk to AI CMO
* View your strategy documents

They cannot change your account settings, billing, integrations, or company profile. Admin controls stay with the account owner.

## Inviting a teammate

1. Open your dashboard settings via the gear icon in the top right
2. Go to **Team**
3. Click **Invite teammate**
4. Enter their email address
5. They'll receive an invite link valid for 7 days

When they click the link, they'll be given access to your dashboard. They don't need to create an Okara account. The invite link grants access directly.

## Sharing via link

You can also generate a shareable dashboard link from the **Share** menu. Anyone with the link can view your dashboard in read-only mode, which is useful for sharing with advisors, investors, or contractors.

  Shareable links give read-only access. The recipient cannot post content, trigger actions, or modify anything on your account.

## Revoking access

Revoke a teammate's access at any time from the **Team** settings. Their access is removed immediately.
