> Auto-publish articles from your Writer Agent directly to your WordPress blog.

<Info>
  **Paid plan only.** Auto-publishing requires a Paid plan.
</Info>

Connect WordPress and articles generated by your [Writer Agent](/channels/articles) publish directly to your blog. No copy-paste, no manual formatting. The article lands as a draft or published post depending on your preference.

Both **WordPress.com** (hosted) and **self-hosted WordPress** (wordpress.org) are supported.

## What gets published

When an article is published via the WordPress integration:

* The full article content is sent as the post body
* The target keyword is set as the SEO title and focus keyword (if Yoast or Rank Math is installed)
* The OG image generated with the article is attached as the featured image
* The post is created in your chosen category

***

## Setup: WordPress.com

1. Open **Integrations** from your dashboard sidebar
2. Click **WordPress** and then **Connect**
3. Authorize via your WordPress.com account
4. Select the site you want to publish to

## Setup: Self-hosted WordPress

1. Open **Integrations** from your dashboard sidebar
2. Click **WordPress** and then **Self-hosted**
3. Enter your site URL
4. Enter your WordPress username and an Application Password

<Tip>
  To create an Application Password in WordPress: go to Users, then Profile, scroll to Application Passwords, enter a name like "Okara", and click Add New Application Password. Copy the password because you won't see it again.
</Tip>

## Publish settings

After connecting, choose how articles are published:

* **Publish immediately** — the article goes live as soon as it's queued
* **Save as draft** — the article lands in your drafts for you to review and publish manually

You can change this setting at any time from the Integrations panel.

## SEO fixes
