Okara Affiliate Program Terms
Please read these Affiliate Program Brand Terms carefully before joining or promoting Okara. These terms are designed to protect both Okara and our affiliate partners while ensuring a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership.
By participating in the Okara Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Brand Terms. Okara reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates are responsible for complying with the most current version of these terms.
01Definitions
Throughout these Brand Terms:
- “Okara”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Okara.
- “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your” refers to the approved affiliate partner participating in the Okara Affiliate Program.
- “Website” refers to https://okara.ai/ and any other official Okara-owned domains, landing pages, applications, products, or future websites.
- “Affiliate Platform” refers to the affiliate management platform used by Okara to manage the Affiliate Program.
02Enrollment
Affiliate applications may be manually reviewed and approved at Okara's sole discretion.
When applying to the program, affiliates must accurately disclose their promotional methods and relevant traffic sources, including where applicable:
- Websites and blogs
- Social media channels
- YouTube channels
- Mobile applications
- Paid advertising methods
- Communities and forums
- Email lists
- Content platforms
- Other traffic sources
Affiliates must keep their promotional information accurate and up to date.
Failure to accurately disclose promotional methods or traffic sources may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from the Affiliate Program.
03Affiliate Promotion — Do's & Don'ts
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Okara through authentic, informative, and value-driven content.
Do
- Mention "Okara" clearly when creating content about the platform
- Share your unique affiliate link in relevant content descriptions, profiles, bios, or other permitted placements
- Create authentic content demonstrating real AI CMO use cases and how Okara can support businesses with their marketing
- Highlight Okara's marketing automation capabilities and potential cost savings compared with traditional marketing resources
- Provide genuine opinions, experiences, tutorials, reviews, comparisons, and educational content
- Respond to positive comments and questions where appropriate to encourage genuine engagement
- Use marketing materials, creative assets, product information, and other promotional resources provided or approved by Okara
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies
Don't
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Okara or its capabilities
- Guarantee specific results, revenue, business growth, or marketing outcomes
- Use spammy, deceptive, or aggressive promotional tactics
- Misrepresent Okara's products, features, pricing, capabilities, or results
- Misrepresent your relationship with Okara or imply that you are an employee, representative, or official account of Okara unless expressly authorized
- Violate the terms of service, advertising policies, or community guidelines of any platform used for promotion
- Create fake testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or user experiences
- Impersonate Okara employees, representatives, or official accounts
- Use Okara branding, trademarks, logos, or other brand assets in a manner that could create confusion regarding an official relationship without permission
- Engage in brand bidding or bid on Okara-related branded keywords in paid search campaigns
- Use deceptive redirects, hidden links, forced clicks, or other methods designed to manipulate affiliate tracking
- Generate fake users, fraudulent signups, automated traffic, or otherwise manipulate conversions
Okara reserves the right to reject or restrict any traffic source, promotional method, or placement that it considers harmful to the brand or inconsistent with these Brand Terms.
04Website & Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not promote Okara on websites, applications, communities, or channels that:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Promote illegal activities
- Contain adult, pornographic, or explicit material
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Promote violence or harmful content
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, malicious software, or harmful code
- Promote fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Generate fake users, automated traffic, or fraudulent conversions
- Misrepresent Okara or its products
Okara reserves the right to reject or prohibit traffic from any source it reasonably determines may be harmful to the Okara brand, its customers, or the integrity of the Affiliate Program.
05Affiliate Links
Affiliates agree that:
- Only official affiliate links provided through the Affiliate Platform may be used
- Affiliate links must not be modified in a way that interferes with tracking
- All promotional domains and material traffic sources must be disclosed
- Cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited
- Forced clicks, hidden links, misleading redirects, or other tracking manipulation are prohibited
- Affiliates must not intentionally interfere with or manipulate affiliate attribution
- Affiliate links must not be placed in locations or contexts that mislead users about the nature of the link
Any attempt to manipulate affiliate tracking or attribution may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, or termination from the program.
06Email Marketing
Email promotion is permitted provided affiliates:
- Comply with applicable email marketing and privacy laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable requirements
- Clearly identify themselves where required
- Do not imply that emails originate from Okara
- Do not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information
- Provide appropriate unsubscribe mechanisms where required
- Promptly honor unsubscribe requests
- Only use email lists and recipient data obtained and used in compliance with applicable laws
Okara may request information regarding the source and nature of an affiliate's email traffic.
08Sub-Affiliate Networks
Sub-affiliate networks, publishers, or other downstream promotional partners may only be used with prior approval from Okara.
Approved networks must:
- Disclose their traffic sources
- Provide appropriate tracking information, including SharedID information where applicable
- Ensure that all sub-affiliates comply with these Brand Terms
- Provide reasonable information regarding downstream publishers upon request
- Monitor and prevent prohibited promotional methods
Okara reserves the right to reject any sub-affiliate, publisher, traffic source, or promotional method.
The primary affiliate remains responsible for the actions of its approved sub-affiliates where applicable.
09Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding
Paid advertising is permitted only where expressly allowed by Okara and provided that all applicable advertising policies and these Brand Terms are followed.
Brand bidding on Okara-related keywords is strictly prohibited.
Can't Bid On
- "Okara"
- "Okara AI"
- "Okara CMO"
- Misspellings or variations of Okara's brand terms
- Other keywords that Okara reasonably identifies as protected brand terms
Ads Can't
- Impersonate Okara
- Give the impression that the advertisement is operated by Okara
- Use misleading claims
- Direct users through deceptive landing pages or redirects
- Interfere with Okara's own paid search campaigns
Okara may request information about an affiliate's paid media campaigns, including keywords, advertisements, landing pages, and traffic sources.
10Fraud Policy
Strictly Prohibited
- Fake accounts
- Bot or automated traffic
- Fake or fraudulent signups
- Incentivized signups unless expressly approved by Okara
- Click injection
- Cookie stuffing
- Forced clicks
- Fake subscriptions or transactions
- Credit card fraud
- Chargeback abuse
- Device farms
- Emulator traffic
- Traffic manipulation
- Attribution manipulation
- Any other activity designed to artificially generate commissions
Consequences
- Commission reversal
- Commission withholding while an investigation is conducted
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent removal from the Affiliate Program
11Commission Reversals
Okara reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions resulting from:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Subscription cancellations where applicable
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Duplicate transactions
- Invalid or manipulated conversions
- Policy violations
- Prohibited promotional methods
- Transactions that do not meet the applicable program terms
Commission reversals may occur after the initial conversion has been recorded where subsequent information establishes that the transaction was invalid or otherwise ineligible.
12Traffic Transparency
Upon reasonable request, affiliates must provide information relating to their promotional activities, including:
- Traffic sources
- Websites and publishers
- Paid media strategy
- Keywords used in paid advertising
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Promotional content
- Email campaigns
- Sub-affiliate information
- Other information reasonably required to verify compliance with these Brand Terms
Failure to provide reasonable documentation or information may result in commission withholding, suspension, or termination from the program.
13Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use Okara's approved logos, images, product screenshots, marketing materials, and other brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting Okara through the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify Okara's trademarks or logos in a misleading manner
- Register domains, social media accounts, or other properties incorporating Okara's trademarks without permission
- Represent themselves as an official Okara account, employee, or representative
- Use Okara's intellectual property for purposes unrelated to the Affiliate Program
- Create marketing materials that could reasonably cause confusion about an official relationship with Okara
Okara may require an affiliate to remove or modify any content that improperly uses its intellectual property or brand assets.
14Termination
Okara may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for reasons including:
- Violation of these Brand Terms
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
- Brand bidding
- Trademark or brand abuse
- Misrepresentation
- Prohibited promotional methods
- Non-compliance with applicable laws or platform policies
- Failure to provide requested traffic information
- Any conduct that may materially harm Okara, its customers, or the integrity of the Affiliate Program
Termination may include the forfeiture or reversal of unpaid commissions associated with policy violations, invalid transactions, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, affiliates must promptly discontinue promotion of Okara and remove or disable affiliate links and promotional materials where applicable.
15Amendments
Okara reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Brand Terms from time to time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Brand Terms.

07Social Media
Affiliates may promote Okara through social media and content platforms, provided they comply with these Brand Terms and the applicable platform's rules.
