Advertising & Promotion Restrictions
To protect our brand and prevent conflicts with our direct marketing efforts, affiliates must adhere to the following restrictions. Violations will result in suspension or termination of affiliate status and retraction of commissions.
Branded Keyword Usage on Social Media
Do not use branded keywords (Okara, okara.ai, AI CMO, etc.) in hashtags, profile names, posts, comments, or advertisements on social media platforms.
Paid Advertising
Do not use your affiliate link in any paid media including search engine ads (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), social media ads, or any other paid advertising. This is not permitted under any circumstances.
Brand Name Bidding
Do not bid on keywords such as "Okara", "Okara AI CMO", "okara.ai", or any misspellings/variations in pay-per-click campaigns. This is strictly prohibited.
Doorway Pages & Deceptive Practices
No doorway pages, interstitials, parasiteware, toolbar installations, shopping wallets, or deceptive pop-ups/pop-unders.
Cookie Stuffing & Fraud
Any practice that overwrites tracking cookies, intercepts searches, sets cookies through hidden links, or engages in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.
Trademark & Brand Misuse
Do not register domain names, social media handles, or create content that infringes on Okara's trademarks or could cause confusion about your relationship with Okara.
Note: Paid advertising and branded keyword bidding are not permitted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be granted.
