What is the Rank Tracking?
The Rank Tracking skill is the methodology Okara’s SEO Agent uses to measure ranking progress in a way that reflects real business value: tracking the right keywords, segmenting them so trends are readable, and pairing position with traffic and conversions.
It’s written as a SKILL.md, a plain-language instruction format that people and AI agents can both follow. Read it to understand how tracking is structured to surface real movement and cannibalization, adapt it for your own reporting, or let the SEO Agent track your keywords for you.

See it in action
You ask: “Our rankings look flat overall, but traffic is down. What’s actually going on?”
Agent does: The flat average is hiding the story. Segmented by topic, your commercial pages dropped while a batch of low-value informational terms rose, so the average cancels out. Two of your product pages are also cannibalizing each other — they keep swapping positions for the same query, which suppresses both. Consolidate those two pages, then track your commercial segment separately from the rest so a real drop can’t hide behind vanity terms again.
