# FAQ Page

An FAQ page earns its place only if it removes real doubt. Source the questions
people actually ask, answer each in the first line, and structure the page so it
also helps you in search.

About this skill

What is the FAQ Page?

The FAQ Page skill is the instruction set Okara’s Writer Agent uses to build an FAQ that actually removes doubt instead of padding a page. It covers sourcing the real questions buyers and users ask, writing concise answers that resolve the concern in the first line, grouping and ordering by intent, and structuring entries so they’re eligible for rich results.

It’s written as a SKILL.md, a plain-language instruction format that both people and AI agents can follow directly. Read it to understand the method, adapt it for your team, or let the Writer Agent draft the FAQ from your support and sales themes.

Downloading the instructions is free with an Okara account. Building and maintaining FAQs across your pages, sourced from real questions, is part of the Writer Agent.

Example

See it in action

You ask: Build an FAQ for our project management app’s pricing page.

Agent does: I’d sort the questions by where hesitation actually lives on a pricing page. Billing and plans first — "Can I change plans anytime?", "What happens when I hit the seat limit?", "Do you offer annual billing?" Then trust and risk — "Is there a free trial?", "Can I cancel anytime?", "Is my data secure?" Each answer leads with the resolution in the first sentence, then the detail. I kept them concise and consistently structured so they’re eligible for FAQ rich results. Want me to pull likely questions from your support themes and search phrasing next?
