About this skill
What is the Glossary?
The Glossary skill is the instruction set Okara’s Writer Agent uses to build a glossary that both readers and search engines reward. It defines a consistent entry template — a plain-language first sentence, a fuller explanation, an example, and related terms — so every entry teaches quickly, is eligible for "what is X" results, and cross-links into a coherent reference.
It’s written as a SKILL.md, a plain-language instruction format that both people and AI agents can follow directly. Read it to understand the template, adapt it for your domain, or let the Writer Agent write entries from your term list.
Downloading the instructions is free with an Okara account. Writing a full, consistently structured glossary from a list of terms is part of the Writer Agent.

You ask: “Write a glossary entry for "churn rate" for our SaaS blog.”
Agent does: Here’s the entry. It opens with a one-sentence, plain-language definition anyone can grasp — "Churn rate is the percentage of customers who stop paying over a set period." Then a short paragraph on how it’s calculated and why it matters, a worked example (100 customers, 5 leave in a month, so 5% monthly churn), and a "related terms" line linking to retention rate and MRR. I front-loaded the definition so it can be pulled into a featured snippet. Want me to keep this structure and draft the next ten terms consistently?
