# Sales Page

Turn a product into a persuasive long-form page: one buyer, one promise, one
action. A sales page is an argument, not a brochure — every section should earn
the next scroll and remove a reason not to buy.

About this skill

What is the Sales Page?

The Sales Page skill is the instruction set Okara’s Writer Agent follows to build a long-form sales page — one that leads with a single promise, stacks proof, dismantles objections, and drives to one action. It packages the message hierarchy, the section order, and the persuasion checks into a reusable file, so you can see how a converting page is assembled instead of staring at a blank editor.

It’s written as a SKILL.md, a plain-language instruction format that both people and AI agents can follow directly. Read it to understand the framework, adapt it for your own team, or let the Writer Agent draft the whole page from your product details.

Downloading the instructions is free with an Okara account. Running the skill on your own product — from first draft to a polished, on-brand page you can iterate on — is part of the Writer Agent.

Example

See it in action

You ask: Write a sales page for my $49/mo time-tracking app for agencies.

Agent does: Here’s the page. It opens on the one outcome agencies care about — "Bill every hour you actually work" — then a subhead naming the pain of leaked hours. Below that: a three-step "how it works," a benefits block tied to agency margins, two client quotes with recovered-revenue numbers, an objection block on setup time and team adoption, transparent pricing anchored against unbilled hours lost per month, and a single CTA repeated three times. An FAQ closes the last doubts. Want it more aggressive or more consultative?

How it works

From input to fix list

  1. 1

You share the product and audience

Paste your product details, price, and who it’s for. No design or funnel setup needed to get a first draft.

  2. 2

    Okara maps the argument

The Writer Agent picks the core promise, orders the sections, and decides what proof each claim needs.

  3. 3

    It drafts the full page

Headline to final CTA, written in your voice, with objection handling and social proof placed where doubt peaks.

  4. 4

    You get an edit-ready page

A structured draft you can ship or refine. In the Writer Agent, you iterate on tone, length, and angle in one thread.

What's included

Everything it checks

  • Audience & promise framing

Pins down the one buyer and the single outcome the whole page argues for.

  • Headline & hook system

Generates a lead headline, subhead, and hooks that earn the next scroll.

  • Section-by-section structure

Orders problem, mechanism, benefits, proof, and offer in a proven sequence.

  • Social proof placement

Positions testimonials, logos, and results where hesitation is highest.

  • Objection handling

Surfaces the real reasons people don’t buy and answers each one in the copy.

  • CTA & offer copy

Writes a clear, repeated call to action and frames the offer so the yes is easy.

Use cases

When to reach for it

  • Launch a new product with a page that sells instead of just describing.
  • Rewrite a page that gets traffic but few conversions.
  • Turn scattered feature notes into a single persuasive argument.
  • Test a new angle or promise without starting from a blank page.
  • Give a freelancer or founder a full page instead of a copywriting brief.
