Okara

Cookie Policy

Last Modified: October 29, 2026

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Okara also uses your browser's local and session storage in the same way. This page lists everything we store, who sets it and why. It forms part of our Privacy & Data Use Policy.

We group them into two categories. Essential cookies are always on. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies.

Advertising partners and your data

When you accept non-essential cookies, we may also share conversion events, such as a sign-up or purchase, directly with our advertising partners from our servers. Where we send an email address it is hashed first. If you refuse non-essential cookies, we do not send these events for you. California residents can use the same choice to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of Okara, such as signing in, from working.
