Influencer Agent

Visit the Okara Influencer Agent page
Your Influencer Agent manages the full lifecycle of an influencer campaign inside your CMO dashboard. Tell it your goal, budget, and timeline in chat. It finds matching creators, handles outreach, locks funds in escrow, tracks content submissions, and processes payouts — all without leaving Okara.

How to start a campaign

Open your CMO chat and describe what you want to run:
“I want to launch on X with 5 creators. Budget is $5k, two-week timeline, product-focused tone.”
The agent will ask for your budget, goal, and deliverable type, then save a campaign brief. From there it matches creators and presents a ranked shortlist for your approval. Everything after shortlist approval — outreach, funding, submissions, payouts — is managed from the Agents Feed section of your dashboard, not the chat.

Creator matching

The agent scores creators across your active creator pool based on:
  • Reach — follower count on the relevant platform
  • Vertical fit — how closely their content category matches yours
  • Tone match — whether their style aligns with your brief
  • Reliability — acceptance rate and on-time delivery history
  • Budget fit — creators whose minimum rate exceeds your budget are excluded
You receive a ranked shortlist. Click Approve on the shortlist card to trigger outreach.

Outreach

Once you approve the shortlist, the agent emails each creator with your campaign brief and a link to accept or decline. Creators have 48 hours to respond before the outreach expires. You don’t write any emails. The agent handles the entire outreach on your behalf.

Funding

After creators accept, you’ll see a Fund button on your campaign. This opens a Stripe Checkout session that locks the campaign budget in escrow. The campaign goes live once payment is confirmed. For retweet or quote tweet campaigns, you’ll be prompted to paste the source tweet URL after funding. Creators are then re-emailed with the link.

Tracking submissions

Your campaign card shows each creator’s status in real time:
  • Accepted — committed to the campaign
  • Submitted — content URL provided, pending your review
  • Changes requested — you’ve asked for revisions
  • Approved — content signed off, payout queued
  • Declined / Expired — creator did not accept in time
You can approve content, request changes, or issue a refund for non-delivery directly from the campaign card.

Payouts

Creators submit invoice URLs from their dashboard (Stripe Invoice, Wise, PayPal, etc.). Your team reviews and pays by card. No bank details or tax forms are stored on the platform. Payouts are processed per outreach or consolidated monthly on the 25th. Creators are notified by email when a payout is marked complete.

Pricing

The Influencer Agent costs $99/month on top of your Okara plan, plus a 5% commission on total campaign spend. The commission covers creator matching, outreach, escrow management, and payout tracking.

For creators

Creators sign up at okara.ai/creator/new. After email verification and admin approval, they access a separate dashboard to browse open campaigns, submit content, and track earnings. There is no fee for creators to join or accept campaigns.
