The Company panel is the foundation of everything Okara does. It holds your product profile and all four strategy documents. Every agent draws from this panel before it writes content, finds opportunities, or makes a recommendation.

Your profile

The top section of the panel holds your core product details. Click Edit to update any field at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
  • Company name — how your product is referred to in all content
  • Website URL — the source your agent reads and monitors
  • Product description — a short summary of what you do
  • Target audience — who the product is for
  • Key competitors — the companies you’re competing against
Your agent automatically identifies competitors when it first runs. You can add, remove, or reorder them at any time.

Strategy documents

Below your profile, the Company panel lists four documents that Okara generates from your website. These are the strategic foundation for every piece of content your agents produce.
A structured summary of your product built from your website. Covers what you do, who it’s for, key features, pricing, and how you position yourself in the market.Available on Free and Paid. You can edit it directly to correct anything the agent misunderstood or to add context that isn’t on your site.
A personalized growth playbook built from your product and current market position. Covers which channels to prioritize, what messaging to lead with, and what to focus on first.Available on Free and Paid. You can edit it to reflect strategic decisions or priorities that your agent can’t infer from your site alone.
A breakdown of your key competitors: what they offer, how they position themselves, where they are strong, and where the gaps are that your product can fill.Available on Paid. Your agent uses this to write positioning that differentiates you and to find content angles your competitors aren’t covering.
A guide to how your brand communicates. Tone, style, words to use, words to avoid, and example sentences in your voice.Available on Paid. Every piece of content your agents write follows this guide. You can edit it to fine-tune the voice until it sounds exactly right.

Editing documents

All four documents are editable. Open any document, make your changes, and save. Your agent picks up the updated version on its next run.
If your product has changed significantly — a rebrand, a pivot, or a major new feature — use Website Refresh to have your agent re-read your site and regenerate all documents from scratch.
