Connect WhatsApp and talk to your AI CMO without opening the Okara dashboard. Ask questions, request content ideas, or get strategy advice — all from a WhatsApp conversation.

What it unlocks

  • Chat from WhatsApp — message your AI CMO directly from your WhatsApp app
  • Content digests — receive content opportunities and updates in WhatsApp automatically
  • Full AI CMO context — your agent has the same knowledge as in the dashboard: your company profile, strategy, and channels

Setup

  1. Open the Chat panel in your dashboard
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Okara sends a verification code to that number via WhatsApp
  5. Enter the code to confirm the connection
Once connected, open WhatsApp and message the Okara number to start chatting with your AI CMO.

How it works

Every message you send in WhatsApp is processed by your AI CMO and replied to in the same conversation. The exchange is also visible in your Okara dashboard under the linked chat, but that view is read-only — all conversation happens in WhatsApp.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, open Integrations in your dashboard and click Disconnect on the WhatsApp card. Your chat history is preserved. If you reconnect the same number later, the conversation continues where it left off.

Credits

Each WhatsApp message uses credits from your account balance, the same as chatting in the dashboard. If your credits run out, your AI CMO will let you know in WhatsApp.
