Your agent reads your website when you first set up. If you update your product, launch a new feature, change your positioning, or redesign your site, trigger a Website Refresh to bring your strategy documents up to date.

What it does

When you trigger a Website Refresh, your agent:
  1. Re-reads your website including the homepage, pricing page, and key sub-pages
  2. Checks whether your content has meaningfully changed since the last read
  3. If it has, regenerates your four strategy documents with the updated information
  4. Updates your competitor list if new competitors have emerged
  5. Logs the refresh activity in your terminal
If your site hasn’t changed significantly, the refresh completes quickly without regenerating documents.

When to use it

  • You launched a new feature and want your content to reflect it
  • You changed your pricing or positioning
  • You rebranded or rewrote your marketing site
  • Your target audience has shifted
  • Several months have passed and things have evolved
You can trigger a refresh once every 24 hours. This prevents redundant re-reads on sites that update frequently.

How to trigger it

Paid plan only. Website Refresh requires a Paid subscription.
  1. Open your dashboard
  2. Find the Company panel
  3. Click the settings icon in the Company panel header
  4. Select Website Refresh
  5. Confirm the refresh and watch the terminal as your agent re-reads your site
The refresh typically takes 2 to 4 minutes. Your Agents Feed and analytics are unaffected during the process.

Automatic refreshes

Your agent also checks your site periodically in the background. If it detects a significant change, a new page, a rewritten homepage, or updated pricing, it triggers a refresh automatically and logs it in the terminal. Manual refreshes are for when you know you’ve made changes and want to update immediately.
